At Bob’s ReWorked Boutique, all alterations and bespoke work are carried out with the utmost care, attention, and skill. We truly care about every piece we work on and want you to love the end result.

Alterations & Bespoke Items

 

Due to the nature of alterations and bespoke work, all completed items are non-refundable.

We take time during fittings to discuss and agree on the required changes. By approving the fit and alterations at your fitting, you are confirming your satisfaction with the planned outcome.

Once work has been completed:

• We are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the agreed design

• If you believe there is a fault with the workmanship, please notify us within 48 hours of collection so we can assess and resolve the issue where possible

If You Are Unhappy

 

We always aim for the highest standard of finish. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please get in touch within 48 hours and we will be happy to review the garment and discuss whether any adjustments can be made.

Damage & Liability

 

While every care is taken when working on your garments, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during alteration, we will take full responsibility and work with you to put things right.

This may include:

• Repairing the garment where possible

• Offering a suitable alternative solution

• Providing fair compensation based on the item’s current value if it cannot be restored

Delicate & High-Risk Fabrics

 

Some garments—particularly those that are delicate, worn, vintage, or made from certain fabrics—carry an increased risk during alteration.

Where this applies, we will always advise you before proceeding. By choosing to go ahead, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

General

 

We are always happy to talk through any concerns and will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Receipt Notice

 

All alterations are completed to customer-approved specifications and are non-refundable once finished.
